Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and quality reasons, certain items like custom jewelry or pieces altered for the customer are non-returnable.
Return Process
To process a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned must include original packaging and be free of wear or damage unrelated to production.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed promptly, typically within a few days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank and credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If issues persist, please reach out to us at contact@palmariojewelry.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@palmariojewelry.com to arrange the process.
Gifts
For items marked as gifts at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: Artemio Del Valle Arizpe 5, club cuicacalli 91, 53100, Estado de México. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
